Eaton Street Apartments is located within the Downtown Westminster redevelopment of the former Westminster Mall at Sheridan Boulevard and US 36. Eaton Street consists of one hundred eighteen (118) affordable workforce housing units in a five story, wood framed, elevator served building. The project will have four stories of residential units over ground floor common areas for residential use as well as separate retail condominium space totaling 23,000 sq. ft. The building is an L-shaped wrap of of a public parking garage developed by the Westminster Economic Development Authority (WEDA).
The building will be constructed to comply with “Green Communities” criteria, and will achieve LEED Silver per the City’s requirements. Numerous green materials and features will be incorporated in the project and the units.
