Colorado Center is located in Southeast Denver at Colorado Boulevard and Interstate 25, adjacent to Colorado Station light rail station. It is a 1.5 million square foot mixed-use project.
The two phase development includes Tower I, an 180,000 square foot office tower, the Annex building, a 60,000 square foot office building with a 700-car parking garage. Phase II includes a 12 story 275,000 square foot Class A office tower, a 900-car parking garage and a 132,000 square foot retail/entertainment complex that includes a 15 screen United Artist theater and a 60,000 square foot Dave and Busters.
